Martin Woodhouse was elected, unopposed as Secretary.
Keith Mace was elected, unopposed as Treasurer.
8. Election of Committee
With the exception of Martin Smith who resigned from his post as Motorcycle Associate Scheme Co-ordinator during the year, all other committee members were willing to stand for 2012.
As a result of the changes to Observer Training made during 2011 a new Committee post of Workshop Day Co-ordinator has been created to focus on the continued development and implementation of the Observer Workshop Days. A nomination was received from Craig Lawther for this post. Mark Framingham will continue to deal with administration and check runs of Observers. Mark Framingham will also assist the
Associate Scheme Co-ordinator (Cars) with the administration of One Off Assessment Drives.

Two Committee positions remain vacant, Associate Scheme (Motorcycles) & Social Events Secretary - Kings Lynn.
The functions of these Committee roles will be undertaken by other Committee Members until they are filled.
